Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering civil construction projects (residential/commercial/industrial) on time, within budget, and as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete project lifecycle (planning to handover)
Study drawings, BOQs & specifications
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors & vendors
Prepare project schedules & monitor progress
Quality control & safety compliance at site
Material planning & cost control
Client & consultant coordination
Resolve site issues & ensure timely completion
Reporting to management
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of civil works (RCC, finishing, MEP coordination)
Site execution & team handling
Billing, BOQ, measurements
AutoCAD (basic), MS Excel, Primavera/MS Project (preferred)
Good communication & problem-solving skills
Qualification & Experience:
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
5–10 years experience in civil construction projects
Reporting To:
Construction Head / Operations Manager
