Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager/Construction Manager to join our team at One True Pairing Private Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Planning & Scheduling: Creating project plans, setting milestones, and

  developing schedules (e.g., using scheduling software).

  • Budgeting & Cost Management: Developing, tracking, and maintaining

  project budgets, including estimating costs and managing subcontractor

  expenses.

  • Coordination & Communication:

  Collaborating with architects, engineers, clients, and on-site crews to define

  project scope and progress.

  • Permitting & Compliance: Securing necessary permits, licenses, and

  ensuring compliance with local, state, and national building codes.

  • On-site Management: Managing subcontractor contracts, ordering

  supplies/tools, and directing superintendents for daily operations.

  • Risk Management: Mitigating potential risks and handling unforeseen site

  issues.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
