Location: On-site (Project Location)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site-Based Project Manager to oversee daily operations at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with site workers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of work as per timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities
Coordinate with site workers, contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure work is executed as per project plans, drawings, and specifications
Monitor project progress and report status to management regularly
Maintain proper communication between site team and office team
Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and equipment
Resolve on-site issues and delays efficiently
Maintain quality control and ensure work meets required standards
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
