We are looking for a Project Manager & Assistant. Project Manager to join our team at Bluebeam Infra Private Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work, and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹90000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

C&I Project Execution at the site level.
Understand AutoCAD, 2D, and 3D drawings to execute the projects at the site
Source materials and manage vendor & client coordination.
Full-time site Engineers.
Meet clients and understand their space and preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a Diploma / BE and 1 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like Project execution, Materials quantify, and AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3Ds Max, and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing, and Interior fit-out.
