We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator who can manage day-to-day project operations, prepare quotations and bills, coordinate with clients/vendors, and oversee site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Documentation & Estimation
Prepare accurate quotations, estimates, and cost sheets based on project requirements.
Draft work orders, purchase orders, and other project documentation.
2. Site Coordination & Management
Monitor site activities and ensure work progress as per project schedule.
Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure material availability and timely delivery at the site.
Address on-site issues and escalate when required.
3. Client & Vendor Communication
Act as a single point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
4. Project Tracking & Reporting
Maintain project timelines, work schedules, and progress reports.
Assist in project planning and resource allocation.
Ensure project quality and compliance with company standards.
