Project Coordinator Interior

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and follow up on project schedules.

• Coordinate between office, site teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and procurement teams.

• Track project timelines, milestones, pending activities, and deliverables.

• Follow up on material requirements, procurement, dispatch, and site deliveries.

• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Supervisors regarding project requirements.

• Maintain project trackers, BOQs, work orders, quotations, and other project documents.

• Follow up on drawings, approvals, material selections, and client requirements.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

• Attend project meetings and prepare MOM/action points.

• Monitor project delays, material shortages, and site-related issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.

• Coordinate with accounts and procurement teams for billing, purchase orders, and vendor payments.

• Maintain proper records of project changes, approvals, deliveries, and completion documents.

• Support the Project Manager in ensuring projects are completed within timelines and budget.

• Conduct site visits whenever required.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Ability to prepare project trackers and MIS reports.

• Basic understanding of BOQ, procurement, materials, drawings, and project execution.

• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.

• Knowledge of interior fit-out/construction processes is preferred.
