We also provide Fire System Annual Maintenance, Fire Evacuation Drills, Mock Drills, and essential training on fire safety, evacuation procedures, and first aid.

Job Role

● As-Built Documentation: Prepare accurate as-built drawings for fire protection systems (hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms, suppression systems) using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
● System Layouts: Develop and revise piping layouts, marking essential components like water supply lines, valves, risers, etc.
● Coordination: Work with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers to understand design revisions and update drawings accordingly.
● Standards & Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with fire safety codes like NFPA, IFC, NBC, and local regulations.
● Revisions & Record Keeping: Track all changes, maintain revision history, and submit updated documentation regularly.
● Equipment Documentation: Support in documenting equipment specs, material lists, and component details.
● Site Verification: Conduct visits to gather on-site inputs and verify installation details as required.
● Team Collaboration: Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and civil teams to integrate firefighting systems in multi-disciplinary projects.

Requirements

● Education: Diploma in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
● Experience: 3–5 years of experience in CAD drafting, preferably for firefighting or mechanical systems.

Added Knowledge of relevant fire safety codes and standards (NFPA, IFC, NBC).
strong visualization and accuracy in documentation.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and skillset)
