Job Description
- Draft accurate 2D land survey drawings using AutoCAD based on surveyor-provided data
- Prepare boundary surveys, topographic maps, site plans, and plat drawings
- Interpret survey data including coordinates, bearings, distances, elevations, and legal descriptions
- Plot property lines, easements, right-of-ways, setbacks, and monuments
- Apply proper layering, line types, symbols, and annotations as per US standards
- Ensure drawings meet US land surveying and CAD standards
- Maintain organized CAD files and documentation
