Designation: Junior Architect
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Experience: 0–3 Years
Industry Preference: Architecture / Interior Design / Retail Design
Compensation: upto 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts aligned with client requirements, brand guidelines, and functional objectives.

• Support retail design projects with a focus on customer experience, traffic flow, aesthetics, and functionality.

• Participate in client meetings, understand requirements, present design proposals, and provide project updates.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare detailed Good for Construction (GFC) / fit-out drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

• Assist in material, finish, fixture, and furniture selection in line with design intent and project budget.

• Prepare and maintain BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and other project documentation.

• Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions to improve design quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design.

• 0–3 years of relevant experience.

• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

• Understanding of retail interiors / fit-out projects will be an added advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
