We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our team AVR Infraspace Pvt.Ltd. to design and execute functional, aesthetic and development of high-profile commercial building projects. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers minimum in-hand salary of 30,000/- and opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.
Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.
Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is B.Arch. (Bachelors degree in Architecture) and minimum experience of 3 -5 yrs. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
