Job Responsibilities:
Prepare concept designs, schematic drawings, and detailed working drawings
Assist in design development, 3D coordination, and client presentations
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors
Prepare and review GFC drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per drawings
Support project documentation and approvals
Work closely with senior architects and the design team
Prepare renders and walkthroughs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
Working knowledge of SketchUp / Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray / D5
Basic understanding of construction drawings and detailing
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong passion for design and attention to detail
