About the Role
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our dynamic design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience across various project phases—from initial concept design to construction documentation. You will work closely with senior architects and project managers to bring innovative design ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development: Assist in preparing conceptual designs, mood boards, schematic designs, and 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
Drafting & Modeling: Develop accurate architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction documents using industry-standard software.
Client & Team Collaboration: Participate in team brainstorming sessions and client meetings to understand project requirements and design briefs.
Site Coordination: Assist with site visits, measurements, and coordination with contractors, structural engineers, and consultants.
Material Research: Research building materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that align with project aesthetics, budget, and sustainability goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional experience (internship experience will be considered).
Software Proficiency:
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (or ArchiCAD).
Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools (SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or Rhino).
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for design presentations.
Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating design sensibilities, technical drafting skills, and 3D visualization capabilities.
