Supervise daily construction/site activities and workforce.
Allocate work to workers and subcontractors and monitor productivity.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and project management.
Monitor material requirements, deliveries, storage, and usage at site.
Check the quality of workmanship and ensure corrective actions are taken when required.
Ensure compliance with site safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.
Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, work progress, and material records.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Monitor project progress against the planned schedule.
Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the work site.
Support site inspections and coordinate with clients/consultants when required.
Report delays, safety concerns, quality issues, and manpower/material requirements to management.
