Site Foreman / Site Supervisor
(For MS / PEB Structure & Warehouse Construction Projects)

Experience Required

✅ Minimum 5–10 years of experience in:

• Industrial Projects

• Warehouse Construction

• MS Structure Projects

• PEB Structure Projects

Required Practical Knowledge

• PEB warehouse construction

• MS structure erection

• Civil foundation execution

• Anchor bolt fixing & alignment

• PCC, excavation, footing, pedestal & raft work

• Shuttering, reinforcement, concreting & finishing work

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete site execution activities

• Supervise labour teams, contractors & vendors

• Ensure proper marking, levels & alignment

• Execute accurate anchor bolt fixing as per drawings

• Coordinate with engineers & project managers

• Monitor site progress, quality & safety

• Manage material utilization & reduce wastage

• Solve practical site issues independently

Required Skills

✔ Understanding of civil & PEB foundation drawings
✔ Knowledge of site measurements & layout marking
✔ Strong labour handling capability
✔ Ability to work under pressure & tight timelines
✔ Basic reporting & communication skills

Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / Relevant Technical Experience Preferred

• Practical site experience will be given higher preference

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in warehouse, factory, industrial shed, or logistics park projects

• Immediate joining preferred

• Willing to travel & stay at project sites
