1. SITE SUPERVISOR

Location: Pammal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary (CTC): ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress.

· Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of work.

· Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

· Monitor material usage and maintain site records.

· Ensure compliance with quality standards and workplace safety regulations.

· Plan and schedule site activities to meet project deadlines.

· Report daily work progress to the project manager.

· Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

· Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· Basic knowledge of construction methods and site supervision.

· Good team handling and coordination skills.

· Ability to plan, organize, and execute site activities efficiently.

· Understanding of quality control and safety practices.

· Basic communication skills in Tamil and English.

· Willingness to work on-site and handle daily site operations.
