Key Responsibility:
Supervise day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects at site.
Coordinate and manage contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, POP/gypsum, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, and other vendors.
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Prepare daily progress reports and share project updates.
Verify measurements and ensure proper material usage to minimize wastage.
Coordinate material deliveries and maintain site inventory.
Ensure adherence to safety practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams.
Identify execution issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
Conduct final snag inspections and ensure defects are rectified before project handover.
Maintain site documentation, including labour attendance, work progress, material records, and inspection reports.
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
3–4 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
Experience handling office interiors, corporate fit-outs projects.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret construction details.
Good knowledge of interior materials and execution techniques.
Familiarity with quality control, safety standards, and site coordination.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp).
