About the Role

Trance Interiors is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out projects from execution to completion. The candidate should have experience in residential and commercial interior projects and be capable of handling site activities independently.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute interior projects as per approved drawings and project schedules.

• Supervise contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams.

• Ensure high-quality workmanship and finishing standards.

• Monitor daily site progress and submit reports with photographs.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Vendors, and Clients.

• Verify measurements and resolve site-related issues.

• Ensure timely availability of materials and proper inventory control.

• Maintain safety standards and site discipline.

• Minimize material wastage and ensure cost-effective execution.

• Deliver projects within the committed timeline.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in commercial and residential interior execution.

• Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and site processes.

• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and understand site layouts.

• Good communication and team management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple sites, if required.

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.

• Graduates and Diploma holders preferred.
