Job Requirements:

• Experience in Retail/Commercial Interior Fit-Out & Turnkey projects.

• Good understanding of layouts, design drawings, and BOQ.

• Knowledge of MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and site execution.

• Ability to manage project execution from start to handover.

• Strong team management, vendor coordination, and client handling skills.

• Good planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in Retail, Commercial Interior Fit-Out, Turnkey, or Fixture projects.

• Strong knowledge of interior execution and site management.

• Good understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity verification, and material planning.

• Hands-on knowledge of MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting coordination.

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong team management and leadership skills.

• Excellent vendor and subcontractor coordination experience.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel (MS Project knowledge is an added advantage).

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
