Job Summary:

• We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure interior projects are executed according to approved drawings, design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
  Key Responsibilities:
  Supervise and coordinate daily interior site activities.

• Read and understand interior and working drawings.

• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators and other site workers.

• Ensure work is executed as per design, drawings, measurements and specifications.

• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work.

• Check the quality of materials and workmanship at every stage.

• Take accurate site measurements and maintain proper records.

• Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper material utilization.

• Identify site issues and coordinate with the designer/architect for solutions.

• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates and work schedules.

• Ensure proper finishing and detailing of interior work.

• Coordinate with clients and vendors whenever required.

• Ensure site safety, cleanliness and proper housekeeping.

• Follow up with contractors and workers to maintain project timelines.

• Report daily progress, delays, material requirements and site issues to the senior team.
  
  Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.

• 1–1.5 years of experience in interior site supervision preferred.

• Good knowledge of interior execution processes.

• Ability to read and understand working drawings.

• Good knowledge of carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, furniture and other interior works.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to manage multiple site activities and workers.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and site reporting is an advantage.

Willingness project sites within Ahmedabad and nearby areas.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, technically sound, detail-oriented and capable of independently handling site execution and coordination from start to completion.
