We are looking for a responsible Site Supervisor to manage daily site work and ensure smooth execution of projects. The candidate will supervise labor, monitor material usage, maintain work quality, and complete tasks on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and labor work.

• Ensure work is completed as per drawing/design and company standards.

• Manage site materials, stock, and prevent wastage.

• Coordinate with project coordinator, vendors, and workers.

• Prepare daily progress reports and update management.

• Plan next day work schedule and manpower requirement.

• Ensure safety rules and discipline at site.

• Solve site issues and maintain smooth workflow.

• Check quality of work and finishing before handover.

• Maintain attendance of labor/staff at site.

Requirements:

• Experience in construction/interior site supervision.

• Good knowledge of site work, materials, and measurements.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Honest, punctual, and responsible nature.
