The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects. The role ensures that work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety rules, and project schedules. The supervisor coordinates with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Supervise and monitor daily on-site activities.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades.
Resolve technical issues and provide solutions on-site.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors.
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Communicate site progress, issues, and requirements clearly.
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
Track work progress against project schedule.
Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower.
Inspect workmanship regularly and ensure high-quality finishing.
Identify defects and follow up for corrective action.
Ensure materials used are approved and meet specifications.
Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a clean job site.
Ensure all workers follow safety protocols and proper equipment usage.
Provide updates to clients during site visits.
Address client concerns and coordinate required changes with the project team.
Experience in this industry or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out site supervision.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, joinery, and finishes.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer skills (Excel, email reporting).
Problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Experience in commercial, residential, or retail interior projects.
Knowledge of AutoCAD or basic design software.
Experience managing multiple sites (for senior roles). And experience in about meterials management.
