Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage on-site operations, coordinate with labor and vendors, and ensure smooth execution of projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of site management, material handling, and team coordination.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and project activities
Coordinate with contractors, labor, and vendors
Ensure work is completed as per drawings and timelines
Monitor material usage and site inventory
Handle site measurements and reporting
Maintain quality and safety standards at the site
Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth execution
Resolve on-site issues and provide regular updates
Ensure proper workforce management and discipline

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of site supervision and execution
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to handle labor and vendor management
Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of material handling and site management

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Civil, Interior, or related field preferred
Prior experience in site supervision or project execution preferred
