Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer with experience in commercial interior fit-out projects such as retail showrooms, corporate offices, and MNC workspaces. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, coordination, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site execution of interior fit-out works

• Supervise labour, subcontractors, and vendors

• Execute work as per drawings, BOQ, and project specifications

• Coordinate with clients, designers, and project managers

• Monitor site progress, quality, and timelines

• Prepare daily progress reports and site updates

• Handle material checking, measurements, and site planning

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering or relevant field

• 2–5 years experience in commercial interior fit-out projects

• Strong knowledge of drawings (GFC, layout, ceiling, electrical)

• Experience in retail, corporate, or office interior projects preferred

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD & email reporting

• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations

Preferred Skills:

• Fast-track project handling

• Strong coordination & problem-solving skills

• Professional attitude and deadline-oriented approach
