The Site Supervisor – Interior Designing is responsible for supervising and coordinating all interior fit-out activities at the site. The role ensures that projects are executed as per drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior work such as carpentry, false ceiling, painting, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and modular fittings.

• Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, and vendors.

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and BOQ.

• Monitor site progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager.

• Check material quality and manage material usage at site.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms.

• Resolve site issues and coordinate with labor teams.

• Conduct site inspections and prepare snag lists.

• Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule.

• Maintain site documentation, measurements, and reports.

Skills & Requirements

• Good knowledge of interior materials and finishes.

• Ability to read and understand drawings and layouts.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / site reporting.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to handle multiple vendors and workers.
