Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior construction and fit-out activities on site.

• Monitor progress of civil, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, and finishing works.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

• Manage labor teams and allocate resources effectively.

• Track material requirements and coordinate deliveries.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Resolve site-related issues and report project risks or delays.

• Attend client and contractor meetings as required.

Required Skill's

• 2–5+ years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.

• Knowledge of interior finishing materials and construction methods.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.

• Familiarity with site safety standards and quality control procedures.
