Qualification: Diploma / B.tech in Mechanical / Civil / Environmental Engineering

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily site activities related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of the water treatment plant. The role involves coordinating with engineers, workers, and contractors to ensure that the project is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work related to Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), or Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).

• Monitor installation of pumps, pipelines, valves, filters, tanks, and treatment equipment.

• Ensure work is completed according to project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Manage and guide site workers, technicians, and contractors.

• Coordinate with project engineers, vendors, and management.

• Maintain daily site reports and progress reports.

• Ensure proper material handling and inventory at site.

• Monitor quality control and safety compliance.

• Assist in testing and commissioning of the plant.

• Report any site issues or delays to the project manager.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of water treatment process and equipment.

• Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.

• Basic knowledge of pumps, pipelines, and electrical panels.

• Good team management and communication skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in WTP / STP / ETP projects.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings.

• Understanding of safety procedures at construction sites.
