Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at J S B Buildwell to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹28,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all interior work at site

• Ensure work as per drawings and design

• Monitor quality of work

• Manage workers and contractors

• Assign and track daily tasks

• Coordinate with designers and vendors

• Ensure timely material availability

• Check material quality and usage

• Maintain work schedule and progress

• Send daily reports and updates

• Follow safety rules on site

• Keep site clean and organized

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
