Site Engineer

Company: TurfInfra India Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Vijayanagar, Bengaluru

Travel: Project sites across Karnataka as required

Salary: ₹22,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Gender: Male

Probation: 3 months

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

2nd & 4th Saturday: Off

About the Company

TurfInfra India Pvt. Ltd. specializes in designing and executing premium sports infrastructure projects, including football grounds, cricket facilities, badminton courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, indoor sports facilities, and multi-sports arenas.

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Engineer to supervise site activities and ensure timely, quality execution of projects.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site execution activities.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labour teams, and suppliers.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Prepare daily progress reports with photographs and share updates with management.

Verify measurements and maintain records of completed work.

Coordinate material requirements and procurement with the office team.

Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to company standards.

Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.

Resolve on-site execution issues and report critical concerns to management.

Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and project managers.

Assist in project handover and completion documentation.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of civil construction and site execution.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Ability to prepare daily reports and maintain project documentation.

Willingness to travel to different project locations across Karnataka.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

Minimum 1 year of experience in civil construction or site supervision.

Experience in sports infrastructure, landscaping, flooring, fabrication, or similar projects will be an added advantage.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Candidate should be comfortable working at project sites and travelling as required.
