Key Responsibilities
1. Site Management
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor progress and maintain project schedules.
2. Technical Supervision
Interpret construction drawings and layouts.
Conduct site measurements and leveling.
Ensure proper implementation of structural and architectural designs.
3. Quality Control
Ensure materials used meet project specifications.
Monitor concrete works, reinforcement works, masonry, plastering, etc.
Conduct inspections and maintain quality records.
4. Coordination
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
Communicate with project managers, architects, and consultants.
Resolve technical issues at the site.
5. Documentation
Maintain site reports and daily progress reports.
Prepare material requisitions and quantity take-offs.
Record measurements for billing and project tracking.
6. Safety Compliance
Ensure adherence to site safety standards and regulations.
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
Promote safe working practices among workers.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
0–5 years of experience in construction or site supervision
Knowledge of construction methods and materials
Ability to read technical drawings
