Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day activities at interior project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising execution work, coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring quality and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily interior site activities (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.)

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and designs

• Coordinate with designers for clarifications and site issues

• Manage carpenters, vendors, and labour at site

• Monitor quality, workmanship, and material usage

• Ensure work timelines are followed and report daily progress

• Identify site issues early and inform the concerned team

• Maintain site discipline and safety standards

• Handle basic measurements and site documentation

Skills & Requirements:

• Good understanding of interior execution and materials

• Ability to read and understand interior drawings

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Problem-solving attitude

• Willingness to travel between sites

• Knowledge of residential interior works is a must

Preferred:

• Experience handling multiple sites
