Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on interior Projects and fit-out projects. As a Site Supervisor, you'll ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate site activities, including tradespeople and contractors

2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications

3. Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project timelines

4. Coordinate with Project Manager, designers, and clients

5. Address site issues, resolving problems efficiently

6. Maintain site records and documentation

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in Interior Fit-Out supervision or a related role in interior projects

- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and building regulations

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on site
