Interior Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Window & Door Site Supervisor who can manage site work efficiently. The candidate should be capable of taking accurate measurements, reading drawings, and supervising the installation of aluminium windows, doors, and glass partitions. The supervisor will be responsible for handling site activities, managing the installation team, and ensuring that the work is completed on time with proper quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take accurate site measurements for aluminium windows, doors, and partitions.

• Supervise installation work at the site.

• Read and understand architectural and shop drawings.

• Manage and guide the installation team and labour.

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients.

• Ensure proper quality control and finishing of work.

• Report daily site progress to management.

Solve on-site issues related to installation.

Requirements / Skills:

• Experience in Aluminium Windows & Doors installation and supervision.

• Good knowledge of site measurement and drawings.

• Ability to handle site work independently.

• Strong team management skills.

• Basic communication and coordination skills.

• It is a Full Time వాస్తుశిల్పి job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
