- Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior works.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Coordination
- Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Schedule and manage workforce allocation for smooth execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
Quality & Safety
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain workmanship quality.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks during project execution.
Reporting
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Track project timelines and escalate delays or deviations.
- Provide feedback to management on site performance.
