Job Title: Site Supervisor – Interior Designing

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years (Interior / Civil site experience preferred)

Job Description:

We are a small interior designing firm and are looking for a Site Supervisor who can handle day-to-day site work and coordinate with workers to ensure smooth execution of interior projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities related to interior works

• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers

• Ensure work is done as per drawings and timelines

• Monitor material usage and report shortages to the owner/designer

• Maintain basic site records and daily progress updates

• Ensure site cleanliness and basic safety practices

• Coordinate with vendors and delivery of materials

• Handle minor on-site issues and report major problems

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of interior works (carpentry, modular, civil finishing, electrical, plumbing)

• Ability to manage workers and small teams

• Should be willing to travel to sites daily

• Basic understanding of drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus, not mandatory)

• Honest, responsible, and punctual

Preferred Candidate:

• Local candidate preferred

• Two-wheeler preferred for site travel

• Hands-on experience more important than qualifications
