ROLE : INTERIOR SITE SUPERVISOR

Supervise daily activities on the interior site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and installation.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with workplace regulations.
Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure conformity with design specifications and client expectations.
Manage workforce on-site, including subcontractors and labor teams, ensuring productivity and discipline.
Report progress, challenges, and resource requirements to project managers regularly.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
Maintain documentation including daily logs, material usage, and progress reports.
Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are utilized efficiently and safely.
Conduct quality checks and ensure punch-list items are addressed before project handover.
Facilitate client site visits and address feedback professionally.
