Job Title: Site Supervisor – Interior (Modular Kitchen & Interiors)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Civil Engineer
Industry: Interior / Modular Kitchen / Fit-outs

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise interior and modular kitchen work at site

• Read, understand, and execute modular kitchen, ceiling, and TV panel drawings

• Take accurate site measurements and ensure proper execution as per drawings

• Coordinate materials, hardware, and fittings at site

• Manage and supervise carpenters, vendors, and subcontractors

• Ensure quality standards and timely completion of work

• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution issues

• Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth workflow

• Maintain site reports and daily progress updates

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

• Strong knowledge of interior execution and modular kitchen sites

• Ability to read technical drawings and layouts

• Hands-on experience in site supervision and execution

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Strong focus on quality control and timelines

Preferred Candidate:

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Prior experience in interior fit-outs or modular kitchen projects
