We are seeking an experienced and driven Interior Site Engineer cum Project Manager to oversee residential interior projects from execution to completion. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with an interior design or fit-out firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site execution of interior works (modular, civil, electrical, carpentry, etc.)

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely completion

• Ensure project timelines, quality, and specifications are strictly followed

• Prepare and manage daily site reports, material requirements, and work schedules

• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings

• Manage labour, resolve on-site issues, and ensure site discipline

• Report progress to management and provide timely updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site execution and project handling in interior firms

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, drawings, and technical execution

• Ability to manage multiple sites independently

• Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills

• Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and MS Office tools
