KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

Develop and deliver detailed 2D drawings• and photorealistic 3D visualisations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape , Revit.

Engage in effective client communication• to understand project requirements, design preferences, and feedback at every stage.

• Coordinate with internal teams including project execution and budgeting to ensure design intent is maintained.

Provide timely and accurate design inputs to the budgeting team• for quotations and estimations.

Prepare and manage professional email correspondence• with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Participate in site visits, design reviews, and client presentations as necessary.

• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand quality standards, project timelines, and budget guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS-

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/ revit , and Enscape .

Strong understanding of residential interior planning, materials, finishes, and spatial layouts•.

Ability to produce precise 2D working drawings• and compelling 3D renders.

Excellent client communication skills•, both verbal and written.

Strong command over professional email drafting• and documentation.

• Ability to handle multiple design projects and adapt to client feedback constructively.

• Prior experience in the interior design or architectural industry is an advantage.
