Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage on-site construction activities. The candidate will ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction/site activities

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams

• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications

• Monitor material usage and manage site inventory

• Handle material procurement and ensure timely availability

• Maintain site safety and follow all safety guidelines

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports

• Resolve on-site issues and delays efficiently

• Ensure quality control and proper finishing of work
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor

• Basic knowledge of construction, civil work, electrical & interior work

• Ability to read drawings and plans

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Willingness to travel and visit multiple sites
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in interior designing or real estate projects

• Knowledge of site coordination & vendor handling

• Problem-solving attitude
