Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Engineer with experience in the doors and windows

industry to manage on-site execution, installation, and coordination. The candidate will ensure

projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications and

timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise installation of doors, windows, and related systems at project sites

● Ensure alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

● Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution

● Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly

● Monitor project progress and maintain daily/weekly reports

● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols

● Manage material planning, delivery, and inventory at site

● Support measurement verification and final handover process

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field

● 1-5 years of experience in doors, windows, façade, or construction industry

● Strong knowledge of aluminum, uPVC systems, and installation techniques

● Ability to read technical drawings and site layouts

● Good communication and coordination skills

● Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting tools

Preferred Skills:

● Experience in façade or fenestration projects

● Knowledge of quality standards and safety practices

● Problem-solving and time management skills

Location: As per project/site requirements
