• Continuous coordination throughout the project's life cycle with clients, vendors, and contractors.

• Keeping track of and creating contractor bills, as well as resolving NCRs and snag lists.

• Coordinating with the teams from the internal departments of plumbing, painting, carpentry, and electrical, as the job is being done.

• The capacity to set priorities and distribute resources to guarantee the successful project completion.

• Overseeing the interior to comply with the specifications and drawings, and making sure the job is done accurately and quickly.

• Assessing the viability of initiatives and making plans for future work.
