Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Ambient Spaces. This is a full-time on-site position based in New Delhi. The Interior Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of interior construction projects. This includes managing site teams, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring that projects meet quality standards, and ensuring that safety regulations and timelines are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on-site to ensure efficient and smooth execution of interior projects.

• Review and interpret design drawings and blueprints, ensuring all construction aligns with the project’s vision and requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

• Ensure quality control by monitoring the materials and finishes used and making sure the site is compliant with safety standards.

• Maintain project timelines and budgets, reporting regularly to management.

• Inspect and verify the accuracy of the work performed by subcontractors and site teams.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any site issues related to design, construction, or materials.

• Manage and enforce site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in interior site supervision, construction, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction practices, and materials.

• Proficient in reading, interpreting, and implementing interior design drawings, blueprints, and technical plans.

• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with teams, vendors, and clients.

• Degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
