We are looking for a smart, confident and well-presented Business Development Manager with strong communication and networking skills to drive business development through Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants and PMCs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects & Interior Designers
• Work with our 4000+ Architect database for business development
• Develop new project and institutional sales opportunities
• Get products approved and specified for projects through Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants and PMCs
• Conduct regular client, architect and site visits
• Handle project requirements, client coordination and follow-ups
• Manage vendors and coordinate project-related activities
• Prepare and understand BOQs and project requirements
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Use AI tools for networking, prospecting and database alignment
• Demonstrate strong leadership and relationship-management skills
• Drive sales targets and contribute to business growth

🔹 Candidate Profile

✅ Strong communication and presentation skills
✅ Smart, confident and professional personality
✅ Experience in Project Sales / Institutional Sales
✅ Prior exposure to the Interior Industry / Building Materials preferred
✅ Strong network with Architects & Interior Designers
✅ Good client-handling and negotiation skills
✅ Willingness to travel for site and client visits
✅ Knowledge of AI tools for networking and lead generation will be an advantage
✅ Strong ownership, leadership and business development skills
