Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Clients, Vendors, and internal departments.
• Track project progress, timelines, material deliveries, and pending tasks.
• Prepare and maintain BOQs, Quotations, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, billing documents, and project files.
• Maintain project trackers, MIS reports, operational dashboards, and documentation.
• Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Procurement, HR, and Project teams for smooth execution.
• Handle professional email communication and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day project coordination and operational issues while supporting timely project completion.
