We are looking for a Interior Draftsman to join our team at Lotus Fenstek to design and cost analysis for the Customized Product. The role involves understanding layouts, selecting materials, cost analysis for making quotes and coordinating with clients and production team. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand Client's concepts and floor layouts.
Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software for cost analysis.
Selection of materials and manage client coordination.
Communicate with clients and understand their space and style preferences.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and cost analysis.
