Key Responsibilities:-
Develop creative and functional interior design concepts as per client requirements.
Prepare 2D layouts, 3D designs, mood boards, and material selections.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Conduct site visits and ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings.
Prepare detailed working drawings, BOQs, and furniture/fixture specifications.
Select appropriate materials, colors, finishes, furniture, and décor elements.
Manage multiple projects while ensuring timelines, quality, and budget requirements are met.
Make design revisions based on client feedback and project requirements.
Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and industry practices.
Ensure proper coordination between design, procurement, and execution teams.
