Roles and Responsibilities:

International Drafting & Submissions (~60%)

• Prepare and revise 2D drawings, tables, and schedules for international hotel

refurbishment submissions

• Interpret client-issued codes, charts, and standards and accurately place them into

working drawings

• Execute redlines and revision cycles against tight international deadlines

• Maintain drawing accuracy and formatting consistent with client-specific submission

standards

• Create BOQs/Take-offs documents for the project

Local Design Work (~40%)

• Concept design and space planning for commercial office fit-out and residential interior

projects

• Client-facing presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualization (SketchUp/Lumion)

• Coordination with site teams and vendors during execution

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); SketchUp and/or Revit a strong plus not

compulsory

• Proficiency in using Microsoft office- word, ppt, Excel

• Prior experience with technical/production drafting — ability to work precisely from

someone else's codes/standards without creative liberty

• Separately: demonstrated design portfolio showing space planning and concept work

(not just drafting)

• Strong written English, this role interfaces directly with US-based clients

• Comfortable working revised drawings under deadline pressure with minimal error.
