What we're looking for:

✅ Minimum 3-year Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture

✅ 5+ years of experience in Interior Design

✅ Proven people management experience (led designers/architects)

✅ Strong design sensibility & presentation skills

✅ Experience in building teams is a big advantage
