About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with proven experience in handling technical projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage budgeting and costing effectively.

Key Responsibilities

            •           Develop and execute interior design concepts as per project requirements.

            •           Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and 3D presentations.

            •           Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

            •           Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

            •           Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.

            •           Handle client queries professionally and provide innovative solutions.

Requirements

            •           Minimum 5 years of experience in interior designing (technical role).

            •           Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or equivalent).

            •           Strong communication skills with ability to present design ideas clearly.

            •           Experience in budgeting and costing.

            •           Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

            •           Client handling and relationship management.

            •           Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

              •            Updated knowledge of current design trends and materials.
