We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Commercial Kitchen Interior Designer who can design functional, efficient, and practical commercial kitchen spaces for restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, hotels, and other food-service businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and design commercial kitchen layouts according to client requirements and available space.

• Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and 3D designs.

• Create efficient kitchen workflows for cooking, preparation, washing, storage, and service areas.

• Plan the placement of kitchen equipment, worktables, storage, sinks, exhaust systems, and service counters.

• Take accurate site measurements and prepare layouts accordingly.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

• Select suitable materials, finishes, equipment, and fixtures for commercial kitchens.

• Ensure proper space utilization, functionality, safety, and hygiene in kitchen designs.

• Make design modifications based on client feedback.

• Coordinate with the execution team to ensure the design is implemented correctly.

• Prepare BOQ, basic costing, and material requirements when required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Commercial Kitchen Planning & Design

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD

• Knowledge of 2D & 3D Designing

• Experience with SketchUp / 3ds Max / V-Ray / Lumion is an advantage

• Understanding of commercial kitchen equipment and workflow

• Knowledge of space planning and measurements

• Material and equipment selection

• Basic costing and BOQ knowledge

• Site coordination and execution knowledge

• Good communication and client-handling skills

• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, QSRs, hotels, catering kitchens, or commercial kitchen projects will be preferred.
